kg33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Each individual may hold only one active kg33 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, kg33 will close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets or withdrawals associated with those accounts, and may forfeit any associated balances at its discretion.

kg33 is required to verify the identity of all account holders as a condition of operation. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at any time, and particularly before processing your first withdrawal:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid Bangladesh passport — front and back — for identity verification purposes.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit — for example, a screenshot showing your bKash or Nagad account mobile number matching your registered kg33 account mobile number.
• Additional documentation if requested by kg33's compliance team, including a selfie alongside your identity document, a utility bill for address verification, or source-of-funds documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kg33 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. kg33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact kg33 support immediately.

You may request the closure of your kg33 account at any time by contacting support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, kg33 will process any eligible withdrawal balance to your verified payment method and close the account within a reasonable period. kg33 may also close accounts at its discretion where a breach of these terms has been identified, where an account has been inactive for an extended period, or for other operational reasons — in which case kg33 will make reasonable efforts to return any eligible balance.

Bonus offers at kg33 are available to eligible registered account holders only. Each bonus offer has its own specific eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, expiry period, and game contribution rules. These terms are displayed in full on the bonus opt-in page before you accept any offer. By opting in to a bonus you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific bonus terms applicable to that offer. kg33 does not retroactively apply bonus terms to a deposit made before the opt-in step was completed.

All bonus funds credited to your kg33 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The following general rules apply to all wagering requirements unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash).
• Only bets placed with bonus funds — not real-money funds — count towards meeting the wagering requirement unless the specific offer states that combined play (bonus + real money) is permitted.
• If the bonus expiry period lapses before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided. Real-money funds already in the account at the time of bonus expiry are not affected.
• kg33 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

Once the wagering requirement for a bonus has been fully met, the converted cash amount will be credited to your real-money balance and will be available for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures described in Section 3. There is no maximum withdrawal cap applied to bonus winnings unless the specific bonus terms expressly state a cap. kg33 will clearly display any applicable cap on the bonus opt-in page prior to your acceptance of the offer.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kg33 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game or service offered through it; any technical failure, error, or delay caused by factors outside kg33's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, power outages, or acts of third-party service providers; or any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including the loss of a bonus or associated winnings due to non-compliance with wagering requirements.

kg33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, kg33 will provide reasonable advance notice via the platform and by SMS to your registered mobile number. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider names) may be made without prior notice. Your continued use of the kg33 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must notify kg33 support and close your account prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the kg33 platform, you should contact kg33 support in the first instance. kg33 is committed to resolving all genuine player complaints fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with kg33 support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.
